Gamble Responsibly

Gambling addiction is a real problem for many Oklahomans, one the Chickasaw Nation and other tribal governments take very seriously. That's why we're committed to educating and informing those across Oklahoma about how gaming can be taken too far.

The Chickasaw Nation will continue to:

  • Adhere to the requirements of its gaming compact with the State of Oklahoma and the Chickasaw Nation gaming regulations.
  • Provide our patrons who feel they may have a problem with the option of enrolling in our Self-Exclusion Program, to voluntarily ban themselves from our properties and remove themselves from promotional mailing lists.
  • Continue to participate in Oklahoma’s statewide self-exclusion program. Additional information on this program is found here.

The Chickasaw Nation will continue to abide by the American Gaming Association's Code of Conduct for Responsible Gaming to:

  • Educate our employees through a variety of programs and methods on responsible gaming policies and procedures.
  • Provide information to our employees about resources for assistance with gaming responsibly.
  • Provide information to our patrons, about responsible gaming and resources for assistance with compulsive gaming.
  • Advertise responsibly.
  • Fund responsible gaming research.
